Refund policy

Overview

At OFC Creations, many of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Custom & Personalized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Custom laser engraved products
• Personalized 3D printed items
• Custom DTF apparel
• UV printed products
• Personalized signs
• Custom phone cases
• Personalized accessories

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

Eligible claims may qualify for:

• A replacement
• A repair
• A refund, where appropriate

Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required to process a claim.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun.

Once production starts, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of the products.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Personalized products
• Custom-made products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
